RSL London partner, Jacquetta Castle, will speak at the LexisNexis Butterworths Professional Negligence and Liability conference on 13 October 2009.  Her lecture will be entitled "Update on the Litigation Landscape" which will cover current trends in litigated claims against professionals, together with ADR and funding options.
