RSL gets the message over to young lawyers...

Led by Partner Helen Fagg, a team of young lawyers from RSL (Sarah Richards, Joanne Staphnill, Hilary Harrison, and Kezia Marriott) recently gave a seminar to the London Young Lawyers’ Group.  The topic was claims against solicitors: "what junior lawyers really need to know", and gave an overview of PII insurance, conduct issues and risk management.

The same team are now to give a seminar on similar themes on a larger platform when they present at The Law Society’s National Conference for its Junior Lawyers Division.  The conference will be attended by trainees and solicitors of up to 5 years PQE from across England & Wales, and foreign representatives from the EU and US.
