We act as defence lawyers for many different types of legal practitioner, ranging from small practices to some of the largest global firms. We also act for members of the Bar.

Claims can vary from those arising out of commercial agreements and probate matters, to litigation and conveyancing. Very often there are ethics and code of conduct issues to be handled a number arise from lenders.

We act in partnership with insured lawyers and work closely with them to bring disputes to a satisfactory resolution.

We spend time with insureds to understand the history of their relationships with the client. These are often ongoing and longstanding, and can provide the key to resolving what might otherwise turn into a long and damaging dispute.
